Stacks privacy policy

Last updated: September 28, 2026

Stacks is a puzzle game made by LunarWerx ("we"). This page says what the game stores and sends, why, and what you can do about it. Questions or requests: [email protected].

What stays on your device

Your progress (levels, stars, coins, boosters, settings) is saved in your browser's local storage so the game remembers where you were. Clearing your browser's site data erases it.

Anonymous play statistics

To learn where the game is too hard, confusing or dull, Stacks sends anonymous play statistics to our analytics service (Connections, analytics.connectionsapi.com):

These statistics are never joined to your Connections account, even when you are signed in.

You can turn them off at any time in Settings > Share anonymous gameplay data (turning it off also forgets the random ID). On CrazyGames they are off until you say yes.

Error messages are deleted after 180 days. Play statistics are kept so we can compare versions of the game over time; they carry only the random ID, never a name or contact details. To have the statistics tied to your ID deleted, write to [email protected].

Signing in (stacksgame.com only)

Signing in with Connections is optional. If you do, Connections tells the game your name, email address and profile picture, and your progress is saved to your Connections account so it follows you to other devices. You can sign out in Settings. Connections' own privacy policy covers your account.

On CrazyGames

When you play Stacks on CrazyGames, there is no Connections sign-in; your progress is saved by CrazyGames, and ads are shown by CrazyGames. CrazyGames' privacy policy covers those. The anonymous play statistics above are sent only if you say yes when the game asks.

Hosting

stacksgame.com is served by Cloudflare, which processes your IP address to deliver the page and protect it from abuse.

Children

Stacks is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. The anonymous statistics carry no name or contact details. If you believe a child under 13 has signed in, contact us and we will delete that data.

Your choices and rights

Changes

If what the game collects changes, we update this page and its date, and the game asks again where it needs your yes.
